ACC Recruiting (Quick Guide)

The ACC has been known as the lesser "big" conference when its viewed by people in the South. What conference wouldn't be when you are in the shadow of SEC but still this conference is underrated by most people. Most of their classes in recruiting have been no different, as majority of the conference finished in the thirty to forty range in the final rankings done by Rivals and Scout.com.
