No i did not miss type anything in the heading. A seventh grader out of Delaware committed to play for the Trojans of Southern CaL even though he can not officially sign with the school until 2015.
My first thought: Are you serious? After taking a second to stop and think about it. My second thought: Are you serious?
No seventh grader or for that matter a tenth grader should even be concerned about committing to a certain college until he or she is being recruited by the college or has atleast taken his or her SAT or ACT.
What has recruiting for the top players come down to? A big circus show. Is this the high school kids fault? No, its the media fault and no ones else's. A prime example of the circus show is Ahmad Dixon a safety prospect out of Texas committed four times during the recruiting process and ended up committing to Baylor twice and sticking with them after committing to Tennessee and Texas during the process as well.
If Dixon committed four times in just one year, how many teams will the 13 year old commit to before 2015 signing day?
